Please Read this Important Message Before you Order:

ShopGraph-Tex, a division of Graph-Tex, is the premier provider of custom online team apparel stores, or "Webstores." We custom produce each and every individual order that is entered by you, our valued customer.

ShopGraph-Tex is not an online retail store - we do not stock items in our inventory and ship them when you place your order - instead we print/embroider your order specifically for you after the Webstore closes. When you order an item, we order that blank product from one of our 300+ vendors, embellish it, package it and distribute it directly to you.

All of our orders are unique. This is why orders ship 4 weeks after the Webstore close date - we need time to produce your order. This is also why we do not accept returns or exchanges - your order is produced to the specifications of the order we receive.

How to Place an Order:

  1. From the ShopGraph-Tex homepage, select your Webstore and then the "Merchandise" tab 
  2. Under the properties box choose your size and/or color    
  3. Type the desired quantity in the "Quantity" box    
  4. Click the "Buy" button
    • Updating your shopping cart - you can remove an item or empty your shopping cart at any time by clicking the "delete" button. You can also change the quantity by typing in the quantity you would like and then clicking the "Recalculate Total" button
  5. Continue shopping or Checkout
    • Continue shopping - to keep shopping click the "Continue Shopping" button
    • Checkout - When you have completed shopping click the "Checkout" button    
  6. Follow the directions to enter the required information on the page
  7. Enter your billing address
  8. Choose a shipping destination (If Pick-Up at Graph-Tex is your selected shipping method, the order must be picked up by the individual whose name is on the order)
  9. If the shipping address differs from your billing please change
  10. Add any additional comments or instructions     
  11. If you feel everything is correct, select "Pay With a Credit Card"   
  12. Fill out all necessary credit card information from the secure credit card server 


Order Cancellation, Refund and Return Policy:


Cancellations must be received in writing by email ( or fax 607-756-5479 before the Webstore closing date. No refunds will be made for requests received after the Webstore close date.  Refunds will be issued in the same form payment was made.


ShopGraph-Tex is dedicated to maintaining customer satisfaction to the maximum possible standards. Should there be an error on our part*, we will either replace the product or issue a refund for the purchase price of the product deemed unsatisfactory. If the item(s) received are materially different from those ordered and approved (i.e. you ordered a blue ladies tank top and received a men's red tee shirt), we will reship replacement items at no additional cost to the customer.


 *Errors on our part refer to any print or product defects. It can also refer to any item with a hole, rip, or tear in the garment ordered. Any mistakes or quality reproduction issues in spelling or art omission that are present on the approved, submitted client artwork or client-approved proof are not the responsibility of ShopGraph-Tex.


We have a right to possession of defective merchandise, and it will be our decision as to whether to issue a replacement or credit. The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with the return of merchandise. Return Authorizations are requested via email or by contacting before returning merchandise. This authorization must be requested in writing either Fax or email within 3 days of receiving your shipment.


Because we provide custom apparel produced specifically for you in your size, color, and art choice, we do not accept returns on merchandise. We do our best to explain the colors, fabrics, and art colors on each Webstore to help you make your decision on which items are best for you, so please contact us prior to purchase if you have questions on the merchandise we have to offer.

Changes to your Order: 


Any changes to your order must be made prior to the Webstore close date. Once the Webstore closes, changes cannot be made to your order. Upon the Webstore close date, Graph-Tex immediately begins production on your custom Webstore order to ensure delivery in 4 weeks. Once production begins, changes (including change in shipping method) cannot be made.


Due to the nature of our Webstores, on occasion, backorders may occur. A backorder occurs when the blank product you order is temporarily unavailable from the manufacturer. If applicable, ShopGraph-Tex will provide a suitable substitute to ensure on-time delivery. When a substitute is not available, ShopGraph-Tex will ship your order as a partial and wait for the backordered item to become available from the manufacturer. During backorder situations, ShopGraph-Tex works tirelessly to complete the balance of your order as soon as possible. At any time during a backorder situation, the customer can cancel the portion of the order that is backordered for a full refund of the purchase price of the item. Cancellation of backordered items can be made by calling 1-800-417-7791 or by sending an email to

Offline Ordering:

If you are having trouble placing your order over the Internet, ShopGraph-Tex makes it easy to place your order over the phone or by fax. Please have your order ready when ordering offline - choose what Webstore you are ordering from and what items you want to order from that specific Webstore before ordering offline.

Pay for your order - We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Cash, Check or Money Orders will not be accepted unless the order is placed in person at our physical address.

Any information you have submitted to ShopGraph-Tex will be held with the utmost care and will not be used in ways to which you have not consented. Browser information collected on the web site

Graph-Tex analyzes the web site logs to improve the value of the materials available on the web site. These web site logs are not personally identifiable, and Graph-Tex makes no attempt to link them with the individuals that actually browse the site.


Resale or disclosure of information to third parties

Graph-Tex does not sell, rent, loan, trade, or lease any personal information collected at our site, including contact forms, download requests or email lists.

Privacy of our email lists


It is important to provide Graph-Tex with an accurate email address as we will send confirmation emails after orders are placed and order status updates periodically while you are waiting to receive your order. Also, you will be added to our email list to hear about future sales and promotions we are running.
