Method Of Payment
MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover are the available methods of payment for personal orders. Cash and checks will not be accepted. For larger quantity or group orders please call for additional payment options. |

Order Notification
Customers receive an E-Mail order acknowledgement. If there are any problems with your order you will receive an email notification explaining the problem. |

Merchandise Availability
If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will back order that item for you and ship the other in-stock items. Your packing slip will indicate back-ordered items. As soon as the back-ordered merchandise arrives in our warehouse, we will ship it directly to you with no additional freight charge. |

Sales Tax
We are based out of Upstate New York and are required to charge state and local sales tax on orders shipped to addresses that are within the state. We will not charge sales tax to customers outside New York, these customers are responsible for following the rules of their own state. |

Delivery
Most merchandise is shipped via UPS, therefore, we ask that you provide a street address rather than a Post Office Box. |

What's your return policy?
Because we provide custom apparel in your size, color, and art choice, we do not accept returns on merchandise. The one exception to this is if there is a manufacturing defect which will be determined by us at our discretion. We do our best to explain the colors, fabrics, and art colors on our website to help you make your decision on what items is best for you, so please contact us prior to purchase if you have questions on the merchandise we have to offer.
